Recently AAA of Michigan entered into a contract with the safe light auto glass network. This is a huge blow for AAA members of Michigan.. the safe light glass network is notorious for steering customers to their own shops. With tactics such as if they charge more than we authorized for payment you will be responsible for the difference. This just isn't so. If you still want to use another shop they will then follow up with well if you do not use our authorized glass shop you will not have a warranty. Again this just isn't so. All networks require that when you do service work through their network that you honor their warranty conditions. So they'll do just about anything to steer you away from a good local shop in your community to use their shop which is trying to destroy your community by sending the profits overseas. What I mean is safe light is owned by an overseas company. So as I stated earlier this is a real blow for AAA members of Michigan but you still have a choice to use the auto glass repair facility of your choice. So please support local business
